Integration with
Construction Accounting Programs
ArenaSoft Estimating is preconfigured to export estimates into many
Accounting Programs. Our Export Engine can be customized to export into
nearly every Accounting Program. Thus we offer fast and accurate setting up
of your accounting system's Job Cost Module, complete with cost codes and
budgets for all the lines you wish to track.
Here are the Accounting Programs currently listed with preconfigured
export formats in our Export Engine:
Nearly all other accounting systems can be added to the list.
ArenaSoft Estimating let's you store your standard cost codes in a table
so they are available from pop-up menu's, and cost codes can be stored as
part of each record in your ArenaSoft Database. Whether you include cost
codes while doing the estimate or not, you can always add them prior to
exporting. Our export Tune-up Table lets you organize and condense your
data prior to exporting to accounting. This is of great benefit since
estimates frequently have far too many lines to be useful when tracking
actual costs in accounting. Other "Integrated Accounting/Estimating
Systems" do not allow you to organize and condense your data, making
their Job Cost Reports long, inaccurate, and expensive to maintain.
