History
ArenaSoft® has been developing and marketing ArenaSoft™
Estimating Software for the last 17 years. The software is being
used across the country by some of the largest General Contractors
and Construction Managers listed in Engineering News Record.
Small General Contractors and specialty subcontractors rave
about the thoughtful estimates it produces.
ArenaSoft Estimating was developed by an estimator who worked many years
for a nationally known General Contractor and Construction Manager.
It is the result of this estimator's frustration with the estimating
tools commercially available. Only an estimator could create
a tool that produces thoughtful, precise estimates in a short
period. It has evolved over the years to its current state-of-the-art
status.

ArenaSoft Estimating gets it's power from being simple to use. You do not
need to study it for days -- you'll be using it productively
in a couple of hours. Yet,

Every Project is different so you need a tool that let's
you build a custom estimate with minimal typing -- thus our
"Click-copy" lists which can be customized. Use the
ArenaSoft™ General Construction database (or your own
custom database) as a check list so you do not forget to include
