QUESTION: Are ArenaSoft products compatible with Windows VISTA and
Windows 7? ANSWER: Yes. ArenaSoft products are for Windows XP, Vista, and
Windows 7 operating systems.
QUESTION: I want several estimators to be able to work on the same
estimate at the same time while at work, but I also want to be able to take
my laptop home or work on an airplane. Can ArenaSoft Estimating do this?
ANSWER: Yes. While at the office you use the network to access estimates on
a server or on another estimator's PC. You also have a copy of ArenaSoft
Estimating installed locally on your PC so you can take it with you to do
estimating away from the office. When you come back to the office you can
export your estimate back to the server and use the Merge Wizard to
intelligently combine your work with another estimators work.
QUESTION: Can I export my estimate into my Accounting System? ANSWER:
Yes, our export engine has many Accounting systems listed. If your own Accounting system is not in
the list ArenaSoft support will assist you in adding it. Setting up you job cost categories and
budgets in Accounting will be a one click breeze.
QUESTION: I want to Customize a report using Microsoft Excel. How do I do this? ANSWER:
ArenaSoft’s Excel Wizard (on the MainForm) makes it easy to do
this. Simply clicking the
"Excel" button, and select the type of report you wish to put
into an excel spread sheet.
ArenaSoft will launch Excel and fill the spread sheet for you.
