RS Means Data
This optional module allows you to access RS Means cost data, which will
then be available while doing an estimate from our Click-copy screens.
ArenaSoft™ is licensed to sell the full range of databases from RS
Means including General Construction (BCCD), Site, Plumbing, HVAC,
Electrical, Light Commercial, Residential and Remodeling, and other RS
Means databases.
These databases are the same cost data available in the popular RS Means
Books, but our Click-copy screens let you do things a book could never do.
You can select a City, which tailors the cost data to your location, using
anRS Means City Cost Index. And better than any book, you can find a cost
line instantly by CSI Section or by an electronic Key Word search. You can
even change the book to reflect your own Trade rates. And our Click-copy screen makes inserting
the Means line into your estimate a single click.
With MeansData integrated into ArenaSoft Estimating, you have fast and
flexible control of a large source of cost data. Annual updates for your
Means Data are also available.
