Our GTCO Digitizer prices include the ArenaSoft Digitizer Suite. The
Digitizer Suite consists of a GTCO Digitizer, software, and support. The
suite is designed to make your Digitizer a stand alone tool for use with
Spread Sheets or your own estimating program. The Digitizer Suite includes:
Optionally, you can
purchase ArenaSoft Digitizer Pro software which will draw the digitizer
image to your computer screen while computing the area and perimeter of the
objects.
ArenaSoft EXCEL Estimator is a Microsoft Excel spread sheet which
has been customized to let you do estimates using Microsoft Excel, right
from day one. And since it's an Excel spread sheet, you can customize your
estimating system to meet your needs. You will be able to enter data
directly from your GTCO digitizer into your spread sheet. You can even move
the Cursor in your spread sheet, from your digitizer's touch pad. Note -
you must have Microsoft Excel97 (or later) on your PC to use this template.
ArenaSoft Take-Off is a database utility that collects and
organizes your data as you take it off using the GTCO Digitizer. You can
copy and paste subtotals from ArenaSoft Take-off into ArenaSoft Estimating
Utility for Excel. Print out your take-off with a single click. ArenaSoft
Take-Off can be controlled right from your digitizer.
ArenaSoft Service and Support provides expert telephone
assistance with setting up your digitizer and using your utilities. Never
buy a digitizer without support.
To use a Digitizer Board, you will need either a “QuikRuler” or “ArenaSoft Digitizer
Pro”. or have your own software that will read the digitizer
output. The QuikRuler LCD Display allows you to work with spread
sheets without any other software.
You can also purchase just the Utilities
without a digitizer. The Digitizer can be purchased later.
ArenaSoft Estimating is a full featured database driven
estimating system which is sold separately. ArenaSoft Estimating does not
require the above software utilities since ArenaSoft Estimating includes
it's own specialized screens for Digitizer take-off. Ask about discounts to
upgrade to ArenaSoft Estimating, and benefit from multi-user estimating,
click-copy lists, customizable cost databases and many other tools that
make estimating a breeze.
