Estimating Utilities ORDER FORM
While ArenaSoft Estimating is a full featured estimating system,
the ArenaSoft Estimating Utilities are designed for firms looking
for low cost Estimating Tools which will empower them to do
organized detailed estimates. The ArenaSoft Estimating Utilities
consist of two tools which are sold as a $29 package. (Windows
98, NT, 2000, XP, & Vista) They also come as part of our
ArenaSoft Digitizer Suite.

Take-Off Utility
ArenaSoft EXCEL Estimator is a Microsoft Excel spread sheet which
has been customized to let you do estimates using Microsoft Excel, right
from day one. And since it's an Excel spread sheet, you can customize your
estimating system to meet your needs. The EXCEL Estimator uses Tabs at the
bottom of your spread sheet to switch between a Summary Page and each of 16
Tabs for each CSI Section of your estimate. Note - you must have Microsoft
Excel97 (or later) on your PC to use this template.
ArenaSoft Take-Off is a database utility that collects and
organizes your data as you take it off. Again, this utility can be used
with a GTCO Digitizer. You can copy and paste subtotals from ArenaSoft
Take-off into ArenaSoft EXCEL Estimator. Print out your take-off, which has
been grouped and subtotaled, with a single click.
If you purchase these utilities bundled with a GTCO digitizer board, you
will be able to enter data directly from your GTCO digitizer into your
spread sheet or into your Take-Off Utility. You can even move the Cursor
from cell to cell in your spread sheet or in your Take-Off Utility, right
from your digitizer's touch pad. To
use a Digitizer Board, you will also need either a “QuikRuler” or “ArenaSoft
Digitizer Pro”.
If your firm is not large enough to justify the investment in our full
featured database driven ArenaSoft Estimating system, then these utilities
will get you estimating - with or without a digitizer board.
